It’s Valentine’s day, with a Hazel shade of winter.
Josh is a painter, and he admits to being a painter in text, but is hesitant to say it in person.
There is something about legit saying you’re an artist. I think it lies in the spot between self-doubt and humble. A touch of warm natured self-torture? Your guess is as good as mine.

I need you to prepare yourself: there is an adorable newborn baby boy AND a smiling puppers. What a job I’ve got. <3 My first session of 2020 was overwhelmingly cute, and I got to catch up with an old friend! Maci is already a great big sister. Congratulations Julie and Kevin!!
As a photographer, you prepare for the moment when a perfect wedding has a hiccup. Okay… but that didn’t happen, even once for Laura and Ulf. Everything was beautiful! Laura put her dress on, and I audibly gasped. THAT incredible. These two know how to throw a heck of a wedding, and I am so happy they picked little ol me to photograph it. It was such a fun day, that I didn’t want to stop. Laura had to make me leave and go home to rest, haha! But look, the dance floor was SO fun. It’s not my fault! ๐ XO
Look, October is mayhem for a portrait and wedding photographer. But this session is so beautiful, that I’ll skip a meal to find a time to post this. ๐ These good people are family first, and it shows. It was raining above us, but the beautiful trees kept us dry. I am so glad we braved the rain, because wow. <3
Where should I start? To say that I love this family would be an understatement. We have been together at special occasions, portrait sessions, announcements, etc since the year I opened my business. I have loved watching your family grow and your lives evolve for 7 years, and I can only hope for many more! This couple is love. That sincere, deep and true love. There’s a profound level of respect for one another, and it shows. Jessica and Michael are the real deal. But how could I go any further in my little intro without mentioning Amelia. The beautiful, bright-eyed flower girl, and daughter to the new Mr. and Mrs. Michael Seefeld. I hope you enjoy the photos of this gorgeous September wedding. Thank you to my lovely bestie, and assistant photographer, Courtney Santo. Her images are mixed in below.
