Amanda, Michael and I met up on Saturday morning for a beautiful spring engagement session in the city. We made sure to swing through the Omni William Penn Hotel, where Mike proposed to Amanda, before heading over to the North Shore. I had a blast running around PNC Park taking photos of this beautiful couple! Their wedding is this September at the Hilton Garden Inn in Southpointe.
Alyssa and Cody hosted a beautiful reception at the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden to celebrate their new marriage with family and friends. The newlyweds tied the knot at a private ceremony in Tuscany this past January. This couple has an incredibly calm and adventurous nature to them. It was amazing to watch how relaxed and fun everyone in their lives are as well!
Emily and Zach have been together for almost 10 years, they are high school sweethearts, and now they are married! On Friday, April 1st 2016, they were united at an intimate ceremony at Community Presbyterian Church in Ben Avon, followed by a big family dinner at our home. When I married my husband, I gained Zach as a little brother. Now I am beyond excited to have Emily as a little sister. I am so happy for them both!

It goes without saying that I adore this family. They made me cry at their wedding with all the incredibly moving details. A baby boy coming down the aisle with a “Here comes my mommy ” balloon? There wasn’t a dry eye! Now that little boy is a hilarious big brother, and I couldn’t be happier for this family! I had so much fun meeting baby Elias. I love watching this family grow!
My beautiful best friend and her awesome husband are expecting their second child this summer! Keeping this wonderful secret was tough, and I am happy to finally share these photos of her growing family! Congratulations to Mom and Dad, and especially to that sweet little guy in the photos on becoming a big brother. I know you will do an excellent job showing baby #2 the ropes!
Of all the ceremonies I have captured, adoptions have such a special place in my heart. Watching this family grow over the past year has been an amazing experience. All of the hardwork of fostering brings them to this wonderful day with their close family and friends, as this beautiful child officially becomes apart of their family. I cannot explain enough how lucky I feel to be in the room during an adoption ceremony, in addition to capturing their joy immediately following. Congratulations to this incredible family and Happy Holidays!
Andrea and Cody traveled a long way from the warm Floridian sun in West Palm Beach for their engagement session! I am so glad they toughed out the wind by the river. It was good to finally meet them and get to know them better! I look forward to their wedding next October at Heinz Chapel and Sheraton Hotel in Station Square.
It’s a busy time for this family! They are celebrating a 4th birthday, 6 month birthday AND getting ready for the holidays! We had to take a break in the leaves at the end because these kiddos did a fantastic job.
I completely adore this family. Everyone is absolutely wonderful and their kiddos are perfect. We had such a nice afternoon in the park on Sunday!
Emily’s wonderful family and bridesmaids hosted a lovely shower for her on Saturday afternoon at The Cabin in North Park. This beautiful girl is marrying my youngest brother, and I could not be more thrilled. Michael Daugherty, my good friend and frequent assistant will be capturing their wedding in February! I cannot wait!
